Eligibility Criteria

Valid Iqama (residency permit)
Minimum monthly income of SAR 15,000
Age between 20 and 55 at the time of application
Down payment starting from 10%
Residency Duration:
  • Does not apply to Premium Residency holders
  • For Other Residency holders:
    • Three years required
    • One or two years of premium payment may be accepted

Employment Tenure Based on Salary:

Monthly Salary Minimum Employment Duration
SAR 15,000+ 12 months
SAR 20,000+ 9 months
SAR 25,000+ 6 months
Property must be within urban boundaries and meet financing requirements

Fees

Administrative fee: 1% of the financing amount or SAR 5,000 (whichever is lower)
